Policies

When plants are shipped they are healthy and we hope they arrive that way, We have had only a few insidents where once they froze in flight to the islands.

instant contact is required for an adjustment to be made. After a time nothing will be replace or discounted.

Large orders, extra plants will be included for the % that will die, everyone has this happen @ this time i just potted up 100 and 2 of them look ruff, they may live but that is in question so i do understand  that this happens to everyone.
